Wir haben verschiedene Erfahrungen in unserem Leben gemacht und sind in unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen \u2013 und dennoch verbindet uns etwas: Wir sind Frauen der Arbeiter:innenklasse und k\u00e4mpfen gegen Patriarchat und Kapitalismus.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-ad2638a\" data-block-id=\"ad2638a\"><style>.stk-ad2638a .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-ad2638a .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Dies bringt offensichtliche und weniger offensichtliche Besonderheiten mit sich. Uns allen wurden bestimmte Verhaltensweisen, Rollenbilder und Erwartungen vermittelt, die definieren, wie wir uns selbst als Frauen sehen (sollen) und wie wir von anderen wahrgenommen werden. Dabei ist \u201eFrau sein\u201c f\u00fcr uns nicht eine von zwei bin\u00e4ren Optionen, das bin\u00e4re Geschlechtersystem ist wissenschaftlich \u00fcberholt.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-587092d\" data-block-id=\"587092d\"><style>.stk-587092d .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-587092d .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Um dieses System zu \u00fcberwinden, indem Millionen Menschen auf Grund ihres Geschlechts und ihrer Klassenzugeh\u00f6rigkeit ausgebeutet und unterdr\u00fcckt werden, organisieren wir uns im Frauenkollektiv, schaffen einen Raum, in dem wir Frauensolidarit\u00e4t zur konkreten Praxis werden lassen und k\u00e4mpfen f\u00fcr eine klassenlose Gesellschaft, in der die Unterdr\u00fcckung des Menschen durch den Menschen beseitigt ist.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-6309003\" data-block-id=\"6309003\"><style>.stk-6309003 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-6309003 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Dabei machen wir Unterdr\u00fcckungsverh\u00e4ltnisse und ihre Profiteur:innen sichtbar und unterst\u00fctzen gleichzeitig Betroffene von vielfacher Ausbeutung und Unterdr\u00fcckung. Denn als Frauen sind wir alles andere als frei und gleichberechtigt. Tagt\u00e4glich erleben wir in dieser kapitalistisch-patriarchalen Gesellschaft, wie r\u00fcckschrittliche Rollenbilder fortw\u00e4hrend zum Tragen kommen. Auch werden Frauen an der Spitze des kapitalistischen Systems im Sinne der b\u00fcrgerlich-feministischen Bewegung als fortschrittlich dargestellt, obwohl sie selbst die Ausbeutung und Unterdr\u00fcckung der Arbeiterinnen st\u00fctzen. Wir wehren uns seit Jahrhunderten dagegen, als das \u201eschw\u00e4chere Geschlecht\u201c bezeichnet zu werden. Wir wehren uns, wenn \u00fcber uns gewitzelt wird, wir weniger verdienen, wir weniger zu sagen haben oder von uns Gesagtes permanent in Frage gestellt wird. Wir schlie\u00dfen uns zusammen, wenn uns Gewalt in verschiedensten Facetten im Alltag begegnet und angetan wird.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-08ae70d\" data-block-id=\"08ae70d\"><style>.stk-08ae70d .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-08ae70d .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Wir Frauen sind einer mehrfachen Ausbeutung und Unterdr\u00fcckung ausgesetzt. Von uns wird erwartet, dass wir ohne Widerworte die reproduktive Arbeit leisten, uns um Haushalt, Kindererziehung und Pflege von Angeh\u00f6rigen k\u00fcmmern, und dabei immer dem Bild der perfekten Partnerin, Mutter und Karrierefrau entsprechen. Wir sollen unsere K\u00f6rper vermarktbar machen, unsere Arbeitskraft verkaufen und dem gesellschaftlichen Sch\u00f6nheitsideal entsprechen. Das gilt beispielsweise f\u00fcr die Arbeitswelt oder die Darstellung von Sexualit\u00e4t, schl\u00e4gt sich aber in allen Bereichen der Gesellschaft nieder.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-9fad3a3\" data-block-id=\"9fad3a3\"><style>.stk-9fad3a3 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-9fad3a3 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Unsere Bed\u00fcrfnisse sollen wir dabei aus dem Blick verlieren. Es gibt unz\u00e4hlige Beispiele, die im Gesamten betrachtet die systematische Unterdr\u00fcckung der Frau verdeutlichen. Dieses System nennt sich Patriarchat. Unter dem Patriarchat verstehen wir die seit Jahrtausenden bestehende Unterdr\u00fcckung aufgrund des Geschlechts, die sich in einer m\u00e4nnlich dominierten Gesellschaft und der besonderen Ausbeutung von Frauen ausdr\u00fcckt.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-96c6f5a\" data-block-id=\"96c6f5a\"><style>.stk-96c6f5a .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-96c6f5a .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Der Kapitalismus hat sich dieses Unterdr\u00fcckungsverh\u00e4ltnis zu Nutzen gemacht, indem Frauen in die unbezahlte private Reproduktionsarbeit gedr\u00e4ngt und \u00f6konomisch als Arbeiterinnen verst\u00e4rktausgebeutet werden. Letzteres \u00e4u\u00dfert sich z.B. in den geringeren L\u00f6hnen bei gleicher Arbeit oder den prek\u00e4ren Besch\u00e4ftigungsverh\u00e4ltnissen. Au\u00dferdem nutzt der Kapitalismus das Patriarchat als Spaltungsinstrument zwischen den Arbeiter:innen und festigt somit sein Bestehen.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-2a494d9\" data-block-id=\"2a494d9\"><style>.stk-2a494d9 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-2a494d9 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Dementsprechend gehen Kapitalismus und Patriarchat Hand in Hand. Unser Kampf muss daher nicht nur gegen das Patriarchat, sondern immer auch gegen den Kapitalismus sein. Uns ist bewusst, dass an alle Geschlechter Rollenbilder und Erwartungen gestellt werden. M\u00e4nnern wird dabei eine besondere Rolle zu Teil: Heute profitiert jeder Mann durch das Patriarchat, ob er sich dessen bewusst ist oder nicht.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-e652d13\" data-block-id=\"e652d13\"><style>.stk-e652d13 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-e652d13 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Wir stehen ein f\u00fcr ein System, in dem wir nicht nur formal gleichgestellt sind, sondern in der diese Gleichberechtigung im Leben aller ankommt! Wir k\u00e4mpfen f\u00fcr eine gesellschaftliche Zukunft, die nicht nach dem Profit gro\u00dfer Konzerne und im Interesse weniger organisiert ist, sondern nach unseren Interessen und Bed\u00fcrfnissen. Diese Gesellschaft ist der Sozialismus.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b1f873e\" data-block-id=\"b1f873e\"><style>.stk-b1f873e .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-b1f873e .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Im Kapitalismus k\u00f6nnen wir das Patriarchat nicht \u00fcberwinden, trotzdem beginnt unser Kampf bereits heute! Mit der Frauenrevolution k\u00e4mpfen wir auch heute gegen die Unterdr\u00fcckung und Ausbeutung aufgrund unseres Geschlechts. Nur indem wir heute bereits gegen das Patriarchat ank\u00e4mpfen, k\u00f6nnen wir den Grundstein f\u00fcr dessen \u00dcberwindung legen. Die Frauenrevolution wird von den Frauen der Arbeiter:innenklasse angef\u00fchrt, denn wir proletarische Frauen sind es, die unsere eigene Befreiung erk\u00e4mpfen m\u00fcssen.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-e281e21\" data-block-id=\"e281e21\"><style>.stk-e281e21 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-e281e21 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">F\u00fcr Selbstbestimmung und Selbstverantwortung! Wir organisieren uns gemeinsam als Frauen, bringen politische Aktionen hervor, stellen uns gegen dieses System und treten aus der Stille heraus. Das Frauenkollektiv ist eine offene sozialistische Gruppe. Beim Frauenkollektiv kann jede Person mitmachen, die sich als Frau versteht, die sich aktiv f\u00fcr die eigenen Interessen und die anderer einsetzen will und unser Selbstverst\u00e4ndnis und unser Statut anerkennt. In unserer Arbeit achten wir auf einen solidarischen, respektvollen und vertrauensvollen Umgang und arbeiten daran jeglichen gesellschaftlichen Unterdr\u00fcckungsmechanismus zu bek\u00e4mpfen. Dabei achten wir darauf, dass alle Stimmen und Positionen geh\u00f6rt werden. Kommen wir in der Diskussion nicht zu einer einheitlichen Meinung, stimmen wir mit Hilfe des Prinzips der einfachen Mehrheit ab. Bei schweren oder mehrfachen Verst\u00f6\u00dfen gegen die oben genannten Grunds\u00e4tze k\u00f6nnen die Ortsgruppen Mitglieder aus der Arbeit des Frauenkollektivs ausschlie\u00dfen.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-2649520\" data-block-id=\"2649520\"><style>.stk-2649520 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-2649520 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">3. Die Ortsgruppen organisieren ihre Arbeit eigenverantwortlich im Rahmen von Statut und Selbstverst\u00e4ndnis sowie der gemeinsamen bundesweiten Aktivit\u00e4ten.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-860fd89\" data-block-id=\"860fd89\"><style>.stk-860fd89 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-860fd89 .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">4. Jede Ortsgruppe finanziert sich durch freiwillige monatliche Beitr\u00e4ge der Mitglieder und Spenden. Ein Drittel der Einnahmen wird an die bundesweite Kasse abgef\u00fchrt. Die Kassenw\u00e4rterin der Ortsgruppe ist zust\u00e4ndig daf\u00fcr, das Geld einzusammeln und an die bundesweite Kasse weiterzugeben.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-687126f\" data-block-id=\"687126f\"><style>.stk-687126f .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-687126f .stk-block-text__text{font-size:18px !important;}}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">5. Das h\u00f6chste Organ des Frauenkollektivs ist der Kongress. Dieser findet alle zwei Jahre statt. Ein au\u00dferordentlicher Kongress muss auf Wunsch von 1\/3 der Ortsgruppen innerhalb von 3 Monaten einberufen werden. Auf dem Kongress werden Selbstverst\u00e4ndnis und Statut beschlossen oderge\u00e4ndert. Der Kongress beschlie\u00dft die weitere Ausrichtung der Arbeit des Frauenkollektivs und legt die zentralen Aufgaben des Vorstands f\u00fcr die kommende Periode fest. Die Ortsgruppen w\u00e4hlen stimmberechtigte Delegierte f\u00fcr den Kongress. Der Delegiertenschl\u00fcssel wird durch den Vorstand festgelegt.
